The new building is a satellite pavilion at harbor pointe mall. Designed for commercial tenant space the exterior was influenced by early 19th century lower Manhattan industrial buildings.  The facade has simple brick detailing with row lock coursing, banding, and built-up brick frieze.  Large stone headers and stucco panels under windows enforce the industrial style. Metal awnings strapped to the facade,  inset brick panels with herringbone pattern, large windows, and the use of aluminum cladding create contrast and lightness in this design.
